Why a founding-member offer?
PermitPulse is in active build. Boston metro is live; Worcester, Providence, Hartford, Portland (ME), and Manchester (NH) roll on as paid demand fills the queue. Founding members get four things in exchange for committing early:
- Lifetime 50% off. Locked. Not first-month-only. Worth $1,494/year on Pro for as long as you stay subscribed.
- Direct ops support. ops@permitdaily.com responds within one business day during the build phase.
- Influence on roadmap. Founders' metros and verticals get prioritized in the rollout queue.

What if I cancel later?
Cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal. There is no contract lock-in and no early-termination fee. If you cancel during the founding-offer window and re-subscribe later, the founding 50% does not transfer to the new subscription — the founding discount is tied to the original subscription only.
Refund policy
If your first daily digest does not arrive on or before 2026-06-15 (23:59 US/Eastern), email ops@permitdaily.com and we will refund 100% of every charge to date, processed via Stripe within ten (10) business days. You may also cancel and receive a full refund at any point before the first digest delivers. After your first digest delivers, the standard refund policy applies — see our Terms of Service.
