Effective date: 2026-05-07. This Privacy Policy describes how Ondium, Inc., a Massachusetts S Corporation doing business as PermitPulse ("Ondium," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use our service.
When you subscribe, Stripe collects your billing details on our behalf — name, email, billing address, payment method. We receive a customer ID, your email, and subscription status from Stripe; we do not store payment-card data ourselves. When you visit this site, our hosting provider may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and operational purposes.
Our digests aggregate publicly available municipal permit records. We do not include homeowner names, phone numbers, or private contact details in our outputs. Contractor business names from public filings may appear, as is standard in commercial market-intelligence reporting.
To deliver the digests you subscribed to, to send transactional notices (receipts, billing changes, service-affecting issues), and to comply with tax and regulatory obligations. We do not sell subscriber lists.
We use the following sub-processors to operate the service. Each processes data only as necessary to deliver the service to you, under written terms requiring confidentiality and appropriate security:
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share subscriber email addresses with third parties for their own marketing.
Our site uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not track individuals across sites. Stripe sets cookies during checkout and on the customer portal, governed by Stripe's privacy policy linked above. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We retain subscriber records (email, customer ID, subscription status, billing history) for the duration of your subscription and for twelve (12) months after cancellation, after which we delete or anonymize personal information except where longer retention is required for tax, accounting, or legal-compliance purposes (typically up to seven (7) years for financial records). Site server logs are retained for up to ninety (90) days for security and operational purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; receive a portable copy of your information; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email ops@permitdaily.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days, or sooner where required by applicable law.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal bases on which we process your personal information are: (a) performance of a contract (delivering the service you subscribed to); (b) compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention); and (c) legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the service). You have the rights enumerated above plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. International transfers from the EEA/UK to the United States, where applicable, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or successor mechanisms.
If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of personal information about you. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise these rights, email ops@permitdaily.com.
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We will notify subscribers by email at least fourteen (14) days before any material change to this policy takes effect.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email. To request data deletion, email ops@permitdaily.com.
