Know what got permitted in your territory before your competitors do.

FAQ

Where does the data come from?
Public municipal permit records — building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical filings. We aggregate, classify by trade, and resolve contractor names. We do not scrape protected sources.
Is this lead generation?
No. PermitPulse is a market-intelligence newsletter and database. We don't sell homeowner contact information, and we do not include private contact details in our feed.
How fresh is the data?
Each weekday's digest covers permits issued in the prior business day, with sources refreshed every six hours.
What does the data look like?
Download a sample CSV — 50 real Boston permits across solar, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, with our trade classifier and confidence scores attached. The schema you'd get on the Pro tier matches this format; your subscription would also include contractor entity resolution and competitor filtering on top.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal — no contract lock-in. Annual subscribers can cancel and retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
Do you cover my metro?
We start with Boston metro. Worcester, Providence, Hartford, Portland (ME), and Manchester (NH) are next, ordered by paid demand. Email ops@permitdaily.com with your metro to add it to the queue.
How do I get in touch?
Email ops@permitdaily.com for any pre-sale, billing, or data question. We respond within one business day.
